Easier user management and clearer forms

A release focused on the everyday: managing your team is quicker, and forms tell you what they need before you hit save.

  • Resend an invite: chase up anyone who hasn't accepted their invitation yet, straight from the users list.
  • Filter your users: narrow the users list by role and by status to find who you're after.
  • Edit a team member's name: Provider Managers can now correct a user's first and last name.
  • Improved: saving now confirms itself, with a clear message whenever a change is recorded (or when something needs another look).
  • Improved: required fields are marked, and you'll no longer see validation messages for fields that don't apply to what you're filling in.
  • Improved: switching between a service and the provider level keeps you on the tab you were on, instead of sending you back to the Overview.
  • Improved: links and related-outcome shortcuts now open on the right tab, so a shared link lands exactly where you meant it to.
  • Fixed: a service update no longer clears the state or territory recorded against your provider.
  • Plus ongoing security, privacy, performance and reliability improvements across the platform.

Policies, acknowledgements & supporting documents

Our biggest release since 2.0. Your policies, your staff acknowledgements and your audit evidence now live in Coverage, and flow straight through to the outcomes they support.

  • Policy management: store every policy with full version history, and choose which ones your staff need to acknowledge.
  • Policy acknowledgements: a guided review that walks each staff member through the document and records their acknowledgement.
  • Policy dashboard: acknowledgement progress across your team at a glance, with a drill-down into anyone who's fallen behind.
  • Supporting documents: an evidence library at both provider (AECT) and service (CDECT) level, so you can see what's been provided and what's still outstanding.
  • Linked evidence: policies and supporting documents now appear as evidence against the outcomes they support, with no double handling.
  • New Staff role: a light-touch role for team members who only need to read and acknowledge policies.
  • Provider & service settings: set your service categories, and flag where you're working towards conformance.
  • Improved: far more room to write, with improvement descriptions and planned actions no longer cut short.
  • Improved: easier tables and navigation, including full-width table pages, a header and sidebar that stay put as you scroll, and your selected tab holding as you move between outcomes.
  • Plus ongoing security, privacy, performance and reliability improvements across the platform.

User management & outcome notes

This release focuses on managing your team and capturing more context against your outcomes.

  • Find and manage users faster: search your user list, filter to deactivated accounts, and reinstate someone in a couple of clicks.
  • "Other" notes on outcomes: a dedicated tab to capture notes that don't belong to a specific evidence item.
  • Improved: a confirmation step when removing a user, so it's harder to do by accident.
  • Fixed: interface polish, including the add-user form and navigation styling.
  • Plus ongoing security and reliability improvements across the platform.

  • Evidence & related outcomes: link documents and notes to the outcomes they support, and see how related outcomes carry across standards.
  • Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) & reports: generate provider- and service-level reports on demand.
  • Audit-ready outputs: assemble your evidence and ratings into regulator-aligned packages.
  • Simplified roles for a cleaner launch experience.
  • Built on refreshed security, privacy and reliability foundations.
