From November 2025, the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards replace the previous standards with a sharper focus on outcomes for the people you care for. We've rebuilt the way Coverage models compliance so your team can move across with confidence: no spreadsheets, no re-keying.
What's changed
The strengthened model reorganises requirements into seven standards, each broken into outcomes and the actions that evidence them. Coverage now mirrors this structure end to end, so what you see on screen matches what an assessor expects.
- All seven standards and their outcomes are built in, numbered exactly as published.
- Evidence attaches directly to outcomes, with the five conformance ratings applied per outcome.
